Windows Vista x64 requires digitally signed kernel-mode drivers!

Today I wanted to run vOptimizer on one of my virtual machines but it failed because the virtual disk driver could not be loaded and I received a Program Compatibility Assistant dialog:

Apparently in Windows Vista x64 kernel-mode drivers must be signed digitally so this is a little problem because now my software has become unusable. In previous versions of Windows you could at least specify yourself whether or not you wanted to continue the installation of unsigned drivers.

I am starting to hate Microsoft everyday more and more for forcing me to work in the Microsoft way or no way at all!
