Visual Studio 2010 Command Prompt shortcut missing

I noticed that I don’t have the Visual Studio 2010 Command Prompt shortcut under Visual Studio Tools.

With the installation of Visual Studio 2008 there is a command prompt:

I asked a co-worker and on his machine he does have a Visual Studio 2010 Command Prompt. The difference is that he performed a full installation of Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate where I decided to only install C#. I had to install the X64 Compilers and Tools under Visual C++ to get the command prompt:
